Shipping & Delivery

At Choice, we offer different shipping options depending on the size and nature of your order. For standard orders, we use DPD, which provides 1-3 working days delivery from the date of dispatch. For bulky or pallet deliveries, we use The Pallet Network (TPN), which delivers within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. These options ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.

For standard orders shipped via DPD, the shipping cost is €5.99. If the weight of the items exceeds DPD's parcel limits, the charge will increase to €12.90. For bulky or large items delivered via The Pallet Network (TPN), the shipping cost is €55. This ensures that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.

We offer Free Shipping on "Standard Orders" over €90, if your cart includes standard items only and exceeds €90 the free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

We currently only ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

The fastest way to return an item is to take it to your local Choice store along with a copy of your receipt. If you are unable to return the item directly to a store, you can use DPD Returns. To use DPD

Returns, follow these steps:

  1. Log a return at DPD Returns.
  2. Select "Choice Stores" as the retailer.
  3. Use your order number as the reference.
  4. Proceed to checkout as a guest.
  5. Include a copy of your receipt along with a reason for the return, specifying if you require an exchange, replacement, or refund.

This process ensures that your return is handled promptly and efficiently.

Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to do so is by visiting your local Choice store with the item and a copy of your receipt. If you are unable to visit a store, you can return the item using DPD Returns and specify that you would like an exchange. Follow the DPD Returns process by logging a return at DPD Returns, selecting "Choice Stores" as the retailer, using your order number as the reference, and including a copy of your receipt along with the reason for the return.

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 working days to process the return. This includes inspecting the item and processing your exchange, replacement, or refund as per your request. We aim to handle all returns promptly to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for you.

We do not refund shipping costs. When you return an item, the cost of the original shipping will not be reimbursed. Only the cost of the item itself will be refunded, provided it meets our return criteria.

If your return is not accepted because the goods have been opened, used, or are not in a re-saleable condition, our customer care team will contact you to advise. In such cases, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition to avoid any issues.
